Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data COSMOS processes when we email you, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
- Your email address, your first name if you gave it, and the topics and frequency you chose.
- Proof of your consent: date, time and IP address of your signup and confirmation.
- Email activity: delivery, opens, clicks and unsubscribes.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data only to send you the emails you signed up for, on the topics and at the pace you chose, and to check they are still wanted. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After an unsubscribe we keep only your email address on a suppression list, so we never email you again.
Who receives it
Nobody else. Your data is never sold or rented. It is processed on our own servers, hosted by Spaceship (Namecheap, Inc.) in the United States. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the provider's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no trackers. Our emails may contain a small image and tracked links to measure opens and clicks.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its use. Use our data request form or write to contact@atvcosmos.com. We answer within one month.
You can also file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
